Purchase Orders

You may order any Host-Party.com game with a purchase order, enabling your organization to receive your game before payment is due. Purchase orders are only accepted for games over $100. 

Standard Game Purchase Order Process

1. Register for your Game. Choose any game from our inventory and select the Mutli-Use/Commercial Option.
2. Go to the Game Materials and you will be prompted for payment. Select the Pay with Check or Purchase Order option.
3. PO submission.  All purchase orders must include the following information:
• Host-Party.com Invoice
• Complete bill-to addresses
• Purchasing agent's (or buyer's) signature and phone number
• Purchase Order Terms Payment terms: Net 30 days. All payments must be in U.S. dollars. C.O.D. will not be accepted.
4. PO Delivery. Purchase orders should be sent to:

5. PO Acceptance. We accept purchase orders from all School systems (private & public), Government agencies, Colleges, Universities and Libraries throughout US and Canada. We also accept purchase orders from Hotels and business entities that present official purchase orders. Other business entities must contact Host-Party.com to be approved for NET30 terms.  

 

Custom Game  Purchase Order Process

1. Submit Your Requirements. Enter your game requirements to us using our custom game wizard.  You will be given a price estimate during this process.  In the final step, you will submit your requirements to our authors.
2. Requirements Review.  Our team of authors will review your requirements and determine if we can deliver them. If accepted, your job will be assigned to one of our authors and they will contact you to confirm the requirements and discuss any specifics. If your request is not accepted, we will notify you to let you know we can not create a game to meet your requirements. This review is usually complete in 2-4 business days.
3. Payment Request.  Once the requirements are accepted our site will send you a payment request.  This payment can be fulfilled through Credit Card, Check, PayPal or PO. At this time, you may request a W9.
4. Game Creation.  The authors will begin game creation once the PO has been proceesed.  Host-Party is not responsible game delays caused from late PO delivery.
5. PO submission.  All purchase orders must include the following information:
• Purchase order number
• Complete bill-to addresses
• Purchasing agent's (or buyer's) signature and phone number
• Description of the product being ordered  and correct price (Submit Custom Request)
• Purchase Order Terms Payment terms: Net 30 days. All payments must be in U.S. dollars. C.O.D. will not be accepted.
